Erinomainen hotelli kauniissa, hyvinhoidetussa ympäristössä. Kaikki asiakaspalvelutilanteet vastaanotossa ja aamiaisella hoidettiin kiitettävästi. Miellyttävä ja rentouttava levähdys autolomallamme Euroopassa.

Ihan ok hotelli. Meiltä veloitettiin 50€ lisämaksu kun menimme hotelliin, ja sitä seliteltiin että se on heidän käytäntö. Huoneen ikkunan ympärillä oli pinttynyttä likaa, ja muutenkin vanha huone. Ei hintansa arvoinen.

I booked King Deluxe room but in the room there was just two single beds together, a disturbing gap between. Also beds were not so comfortable, kind of hard surface. Breakfast was ok, nothing special there.

I had 3 day visit to Amsterdam with friends and we decided to stay at Hilton Amsterdam. Staff were really helpful and nice, breakfast was awesome and rooms were clean. It was also really easy and fast to go around the city with tram 16. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable beds and great shower. Perhaps some more decaf coffee in the room but was provided when asked. Lovely walk to Vondelpark and only short walk to the tram into the old part of Amaterdam

Overall the staff were very helpful except one member when I called before the stay to confirm the baby cot and was told it’s subject to availability. Called again the following morning and asked again and they confirmed it was ok. Could do with a couple more staff at breakfast but there was a good spread. Our room was noisy near the lifts which are loud at night. You’re just a little bit out of town but we wanted that for the quiet

The rooms were extremely outdated… Seems like they did a half renovation, mixing old furniture with modern, brass fittings with silver fittings… Couches were outdated… The lighting was the worst… Looks like something out of an Austin Powers movie… Hilton needs to clean up it’s act at this location big time. Douche en Bed vallen tegen, personeel zeker ok
Service en bereidwilligheid van het personeel is top maar een douche in de badkuip is niet wat ik verwacht van een 5* hilton, vervang de badkuip dan door een inloopdouche ipv van de klanten heel onhandig in een smalle badkuip te laten douchen... Wij hadden onze hond erbij voor 1 dag en dan zijn de 50€ kosten overdreven hoog. Blijkbaar worden pets aangerekend per verblijf en niet per dag, serieus nadelig voor mensen die de hond maar 1 dag bijhebben. We mochten met de hond (kleine York van 2kg) de ontbijt ruimte niet binnen, dat valt tegen voor een pet friendly hotel. Ik kan je verzekeren dat er mensen rond het ontbijt rondlopen die minder hygiënisch zijn dan onze york, trouwens die blijft bij ons en loopt niet rond. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn wel 5* waardig en het meeste personeel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bed was enorm hard, misschien te nieuw, heb zeer slecht gedlapen.
