Uncomfortable experience
Due to boiler maintenance, water was very dirty, almost black (honestly) and smelled bad. I noticed it when I was at the shower. First minute the water was ok, probably due to water that was already in the pipes, but after standing little while in the shower the water turned out more like from the horror movies. Naturally couldn't use it anymore and when I went to reception all over soapy and dirty the answer was "sorry to hear", Only sorry!!??, no solution for the situation nor compensation. I left from the hotel dirty and soap allover me. I know that this was bad luck, but 4star hotel should respect their customers and have a policy for customer complains, especially if there is a reason! I also agreed for the late checkout (2pm) because of arriving at night, but cleaners knocked several times after 9AM if I am already leaving. Also my email that I sent to hotel 7 hours before arrival about my reservation and airport transportation was answered after I had already left from the hotel next day. Not very helpful... Breakfast was good and it was the only positive thing at the hotel.

Iv stayed in Radisson world wide. Normally I book a suite with 1 king bed. I was downgraded to a 2 bed deluxe "suite" in the standard of Radisson I know they must upgrade if the room is not to customer standard and isnt what the customer reserverd. So I know for fact there was few better rooms available and was downgraded to Business with "free" breakfast. Nice service but didnt go as friends and family policy. Last time to stay in here.

Our greeting at check in from a very friendly New Zealand gal made this hotel stand out from the beginning! She was so amazing and courteous and friendly. Welcomed with a huge beautiful smile! We knew we were going to be comfortable here. Excellent location for getting to the airport and the shuttle driver went above and beyond retrieving a forgotten phone!

I received a warm reception upon arrival. The receptionist was very nice. She checked me in and explained all the available amenities within 5 minutes. My check-out was the total opposite. The man at the check-out was rude and barely acknowledged me. It took him 15 minutes to check-out!

Prettig hotel met uitstekende service
Vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst bij de receptie, echt prettig om zo te worden ontvangen. Kamer was ruim, zeer schoon en comfortabel. Goed bed en fijne badkamer met ligbad. Ontbijt is voortreffelijk. Lekker en vers. Alles voor een goed begin van de dag was aanwezig. Heerlijke koffie ook. Parking uitstekend, veilig, voldoende en ruime plekken. Gedurende ons verblijf moesten we een aantal x in- en uitrijden, dat ging uitstekend door kentekenherkenning. Als we wederom in de buurt moeten zijn of via Schiphol reizen is dit een prima hotel en voor herhaling vatbaar:-)

Staff was great. They were in the middle of dealing with travelers who were stranded due to a winter storm off the coast of the Netherlands. They handled the situation with calm and professionalism. Very impressive.

Quick stop in transit. Stopped at Radisson Blu on the way to Thailand. Nice room big bed, didn’t have any breakfast so can’t comment about food.

Hotel is about 2 miles from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. The hotel was very clean and quiet (it was during the holidays though, so likely more quiet). Overall I would stay there again!

Excellent airport hotel - hidden gem
Wonderful room - far exceeded my expectations. Excellent breakfast. I appreciated that they ran the shuttle bus until almost midnight from the airport. Also the bus driver this morning was unavailable so the driver from the previous shift took over so we were not late.

Nice and spacious room. Clean. Very slow check-in, apparently due to computer trouble. No a la carte menu for dinner available, just a bad buffet. Long distance to nearby restaurants. Was promised take-away breakfast boxes but they forgot to make it and we got no refund. They tried to charge us twice for the room. We needed room for 1 night because of fog at Schiphol. Hotel was not so close to the airport, approximately 8 minutes by taxi. Taxi service was 30 minutes late when we were leaving, others also experienced the same.
