Due to boiler maintenance, water was very dirty, almost black (honestly) and smelled bad. I noticed it when I was at the shower. First minute the water was ok, probably due to water that was already in the pipes, but after standing little while in the shower the water turned out more like from the horror movies. Naturally couldn't use it anymore and when I went to reception all over soapy and dirty the answer was "sorry to hear", Only sorry!!??, no solution for the situation nor compensation. I left from the hotel dirty and soap allover me. I know that this was bad luck, but 4star hotel should respect their customers and have a policy for customer complains, especially if there is a reason! I also agreed for the late checkout (2pm) because of arriving at night, but cleaners knocked several times after 9AM if I am already leaving. Also my email that I sent to hotel 7 hours before arrival about my reservation and airport transportation was answered after I had already left from the hotel next day. Not very helpful... Breakfast was good and it was the only positive thing at the hotel.
