”The property itself has a lot of potential to be a great place with minimal effort. However, it clearly showed its age. Living room furniture was stained. Owner did provide sheets to cover at our request so we could sit. One of the bedroom window shades was broken and it took owners five days to respond after our request to fix it. As we were leaving day after, we told them not to bother. We also had to ask for additional towels as the ones provided were not sufficient for four people staying...

10/10 Loistava

"Stayed with 8 and 10 year old kids for five nights. Super spacious and clean room, very friendly service. We were on the 6 floor with windows to the street and we could hear the traffic but it wasn't that loud. Probably could be more of an issue on the lower floors. Breakfast wasn't included but it could be ordered to the room for an extra charge. We ordered it one morning and it was okay, but there were many cafes around so ended up having breakfast outside most mornings. It was a bit of a walk, about 2 km, downtown where most of the sights were but there's a metro station close by. Really nice all in all, would stay here again."

"Great location, right in the heart of the city. We’ve stayed at another place from the same chain before, and I like the concept. The common areas are probably the best part of the place: there’s a rooftop pool, pool table, ping pong table, a small gym and plenty of places to sit and hang out. Everything has a stylish, youthful look, and the rooftop has good views. We also tried the food there and enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention for the attention to detail: this was the first place so far where our requests made before arrival were actually noticed. We had asked for an extra blanket, and it was already waiting for us in the room. We really appreciated that! We had breakfast once. It was good and there was a decent selection, although I remember the breakfast at their other location being a little better. It was also quite busy when we were there, and finding a free table took a bit of effort. The room was clean and comfortable, though fairly simple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the relaxed atmosphere."
