”No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. ”

”The room was okay just didn’t have any heating and a bit loud at night because of the clubs and takes around 20 minutes for the heat up the shower but the rest was all good and close to the city centre i do still recommend ”

”The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but when you look closer, the flaws become obvious. We had booked a luxury double room, but were given a huge room with three double beds. After complaining, we were moved to another room two nights later. The new room also had two double beds, but it felt more comfortable and was definitely cleaner. In the first room there was nowhere to place our luggage (except on the extra beds), the bathroom smelled of mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work...
