”Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.”

”The language barrier was horrible. The tub in my room didnt drain . I asked for a new room was told coukdnt move. Would not give a refund. Went elsewhere and came back the day of check out for my cash deposit ”

”I did not like this hotel. It was so dirty no towels. It was a couple towels. It was really dirty. There was no heat that was not working. Just spawn AC. The light says dirty had gum, light switch, and stuff and not recommend this.”
