”Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again.”

”Suite was beautiful but would NOT stay again...
1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office.
2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is.
3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered...

”This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. ”

”We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.”
