The place itself is very clean and nice. Rebecca was GREAT it is silly though that you pay for room but they still charge you extra for parking… The area around it, not so much. We did not feel Comfortable walking to Harrah’s Cherokee. Very sketchy.

We had a great, stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the elevator wasn't working and nobody told us we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs.

Clean & comfy room. The hot tub is very big, we enjoyed time in it. Could’ve been a smidge hotter. The breakfast was AMAZING. The gentleman that was preparing it was very nice. Check in was super easy.
