The space

300 sq.m. of living space, plus spacious balconies plus a magnificent roof terrace overlooking the bay of Anavyssos with sea and mountain views.

4 bedrooms ensuite, 5 bathrooms and a massive ground floor including the reception room, the dining room, the living room and the kitchen.

All rooms are en-suite, luxurious, air-conditioned, fully equipped and decorated with style. Plenty of space to accommodate your belongings. Suitable for home working as there is a desk and office chair plus super fast 5G Wi-Fi.

The reception room is elegantly decorated to give that modern, fresh and minimalist feeling. It includes 2 six seater sofas plus armchairs so that everybody can comfortably enjoy that drink. A 65" QLED screen connected to superfast 5G Wi-Fi to watch Netflix, online TV movies and music videos.

The living room includes a comfy sofa which can be easily converted to a double bed with enough space for two guests. An informal lunch table to enjoy meals at any time of the day and a 32" LED TV to catch up with the news while food is being prepared.

The dining room includes a buffet with a mirror and a solid table that opens for 10 people.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing and drying machine, two (yes two) fridge-freezers so that you can keep the champagne well chilled, toaster, toast maker, grill pan, Nespresso machine, kettle and blender. Plenty of cutlery, pots and pans plus water, wine and beer glasses! Whether you wanna cook or invite our chef to prepare delicious meals you'll have everything you need.
