We are super glad we finished the renovation of our sunny house. The spacious living room will give you the comfort you are looking for. Two bedrooms, one W.C. and one bathroom.. My apartment can host up to 5 guests .



On the living room you will find a relax sofa with a flat TV and a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed top quality sheets. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single one of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



"Syggrou Fix" is the closest Metro station and the bus station is only 15 minutes away.



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.



Transfer service and private tours are available upon request.
