Just over half an hour walk from Exarchia too. There are two large bedrooms so you have enough space for your studies. There is a large sitting and dinning room and wrap around balconies. So each room in the house has its own balcony.

The location is a hidden gem. The apartment is located walking distance to the famous Gyzi square with quaint little Souvlaki restaurants and on the other side near the famous district of Kypseli for amazing shopping, cafes and bars. Of course with a bus you are only 15 minutes away from Omonia square, a taxi costs €6-€10. So you have a 360 reach to Athens and its suburbs. The bus ride to the beach is also no more than 40-50 minutes depending on where you are going.
