”Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around.”

”I have visited the showboat multiple times but this visit was the worst. The room that they haven’t upgraded need to be the curtains and the pictures in the room is scary and the worst part of it all was the dogs…. ”We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi.
