  • Centrally located, our modern & updated duplex home is situated only 3 houses from the beautiful Brigantine Beach on 37th/38th Street! This is where the lifeguards enter the beach area, with a wide flat path and volleyball courts. Our home is within walking distance to Jersey Cow Ice Cream, the famous Ernest & Sons Market (featured on Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins) and Tiki Taco.

    This 2nd Floor unit is new and modern, has 2/3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, comfortable living room with 55" Smart TV and a coastal inspired kitchen. The kitchen table seats 4, and has a butterfly leaf that extends the table to seat 6, plus seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.

    The outdoor areas include a beautiful front deck made of modern composite materials and vinyl railings where you can enjoy ocean breezes (and sounds if the wind conditions are right) and a small peek of oceanview and new back covered deck with table seating and a comfortable outdoor couch. There is a convenient Weber Gas Grill on the back deck perfect for grilling up your afternoon BBQ or evening meal.

    There is a decadent spa-like enclosed outside shower, with hot & cold water and multiple nozzles, perfect for after a long day on the beach, boating or golfing.

    There is off-street parking for 1 regular-sized car. The yard has a lush, manicured lawn, as well as well-tended flower beds.

    Secure Wi-Fi, Cable TV and 6 beach tags are provided.

Great stay!

We loved our time in Brigantine! The "shore thing" was in a great location, very close to the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store. The house was very nice and perfect for our needs. The house is well-stocked and we had everything we needed for our weekend.

Cute and Cozy

We rented the second floor and loved that there was a front and back porch with plenty of room. Spaces were very tidy and clean and the decor was bright and inviting. We only stayed 2 nights, but they offered every amenity you could need for a longer stay. The owner was fabulous and made sure we had all the info we needed. They even had a binder with menus, fun stuffs, and instructions for the house. We will definitely stay there again next year, hopefully for a whole week!

Looking forward to next year

We completed our stay last weekend and had a wonderful time in the second floor unit. We had 8 people in our party and the accommodations were great. The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. The unit had two great decks with tables and chairs. Best of all we were only a couple of houses from the entrance to the beach. Not having to drive and find a parking space was awesome. Each time we came back from the beach we were able to hose down our stuff in the back yard and even shower outside. The kitchen was recently renovated and fully furnished with just about anything you may need to have meals at home. The owner checked in to make sure we were having a good time. The process to get back our deposit was painless and very efficient. We are definitely looking forward to renting the unit next year.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This lovely home was perfect for us. Close to the beach. Lots of amenities that were so helpful to have in the home. Beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. This home was spacious too and allowed us just the right amount of space and comfort. Thank you also to the owners for checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed for a stay in Brigantine. :)

great location, great apartment

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Everything is very clean and well kept, and April is a great host. She answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend this apartment, and it's such a short walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor shower is a great plus.

Perfect location for Cheer Competitions!

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while in the area for a weekend-long competitive cheer competition at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Having stayed in the hotels/casinos both in AC and outside of AC in years past, we longed for a smoke-free, noise-free, family-friendly environment that was close enough to the convention center (convenient for early arrival times) that also offered separate bedrooms and baths without going over our budget. We appreciated having the option to make our own meals throughout the weekend (or order in and just relax!) and enjoy some cost savings there as well. The house was neat, clean, and met our needs wonderfully!

Clean as a whistle!

Perfect getaway beach house in Brigantine. Steps away from the entrance to the beach, and a short drive to area restaurants. Only 10 minutes from all the AC casinos. The bed in the MBR was so comfortable. AC units made it great when we couldn't have the windows open. We had coffee on the deck as well as did some star gazing at night. You won't be disappointed.

This rental is fantastic! The location is close to the beach. We were able to walk to get ice cream, mini golf, and local restaurants. The house is extremely well kept. The rooms and kitchen were all clean. The decks in both the front and back of the house provide a great place to eat. April was able to answer any and all questions in a prompt manner. We were also able to pack less knowing there was a washer and dryer, toaster, blender, and more already available to us. I have already recommended staying to friends and colleagues. I'm excited to rent again next year!

Wonderful stay for a girls weekend getaway!

We recently rented this house for a girls bachlorette weekend- and we couldn't have find a more perfect place! The home itself is very cute and meticulously maintained- both inside and out. We loved having so much outdoor space( two decks!) and being just a short walk to the beach. Although the house is not huge- it has two bathrooms which was key when having 9 women get ready for a night out in AC ( which conveniently was only a 5 minute cab drive). Having rented both floors of the house we were also shocked at how good the sound proofing is between the two floors- the chatty bunch upstairs couldn't be heard from the downstairs! Last but certainly not least april was an amazing home owner to work with- she is very responsive with questions and genuinely makes you feel like a welcome guest in her home. Would recommend this home to any one coming to the brigantine area!

Home away from home clean and comfy...

We have been coming back to this cozy, clean beach house for several years and have been very pleased.The home is beautifully decorated. April & John are wonderful to deal with and are very accommodating and laid back. The place is like a home away from home and is very close to the beach. I did not smell any odd odors coming from drain like previous comment ...not ever. I appreciated having the washer and dryer so I could keep up with the laundry daily. The air conditioner will reach all the rooms adequately if you leave the doors open. (This was not an issue for us and the week we came we were in the middle of a heat wave.) I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of vacationing at Brigantine.

Perfec Family Vacation Rental

As potential renters scan reviews they should know that the house is everything the owners advertise. Emphasis on clean. Small, yes. We had 2 adults & 4 children (14 and 12). I wouldn't recommend the unit for any more adults. The "3rd bedroom" shown offers a quality pull out sleeper sofa, night stand and 1/2 bath. Good for kids. Wouldn't work for a 2nd couple. The bunk-bed room is the only rm w/out a/c. Again, okay for kids because of the ceiling fan. But, it wouldn't work for a 2nd couple. The 2nd outside shower was very useful w/ 4 kids. What it lacks in size is made up for in convenience. SHORT walking distance to everything! Beach entrance is a hop, skip and a jump. So, lugging a surf boards, cooler, umbrellas, blankets, towels, toys etc. was no problem at all. They do check tags on week days. The kids were able to take surf lessons at Primal Surf and the drive to rent and return boards daily was 3 minutes, which made their Dad happy. The kitchen only seats 4 but the unit offers 2 porches so we were able to split up the groups and everyone ate in comfort. In addition, the kitchen has a full compliment of serving bowls, trays, utensils and other accoutrement to make prepping and cooking in easy. Its 15 min to Atlantic City where took our kids to the Boardwalk and Steel Pier where they shopped till they dropped. Rides on the Steel Pier are not recommended for kids over 14. Recommended Eats: Aunt B's ice cream, Ernest & Son for grinders, Andre's Pizza for all your good Italian eats. Perfect for families. Only 5 star dining would be in Atlantic City. Negatives: 1.) The bizarre smell from the shower and sink drains at night. I can only categorize it as ocean/island plumbing... Would it stop me from going back? Absolutely not! It is-what-it-is and fortunately it's only noticeable at night when the air settles. 2.) Lack of a gas grill. I'm not a fan of the George Foreman grill concept so the tiny round electric grill on the back deck was the pits! And whew-boy is it messy!! Picture grease splatters from a frying pan all over your deck. To make up for the 1 negative: We had a problem with something in the unit upon arrival. Immediately upon calling the owner, she brainstormed potential fixes w/ me and we were happy with the resolution. Good customer service goes a long way in my book.

Great beach house

This house is a great place to stay....clean...comfortable....and close to the beach. The house is perfect for people with children because it is in a quiet neighborhood and is a great area for walks. Also, the house is within walking distance of the grocery store, ice cream shop and a fabulous seafood restaurant. We loved it and look forward to coming back next year!

Home away from home

My husband and I along with our 3 girls stayed in this very nice home for 2 weeks and just loved it. The description was accurate, home was clean and well taken care of. The front balcony was our favourite place to eat dinner just under the stars. The outside shower was very useful and TV in bedroom was a treat. Distance to beach was super convenient for us (including our 6 year old) to walk back and forth to with our beach gear!. The area felt safe, quiet and welcoming. Pharmacy was close by as was a very popular ice cream shop. As for the owner April; she was attentive, responding quickly to any questions or concerns and open to suggestions. She was a delight to deal with. She was very appreciative of the clean house we tried to leave upon our departure. I highly recommend not only this home but the beach for a splendid, homey getaway.

Family friendly

I stayed at this rental for a week with my sister and 21mth old neice. It was a great experience and very clean, and comfortable and had everything as listed. The beach is barely a block away and the property was in walking distance to stores and mini golf. My family and I had a wonderful experience and I would absolutley recommend this rental to both families with children and single persons alike. Thwe owners were very prompt in answering any and all of my questions/concerns despite the fact that she was on vacation themselves. They provided great service!

This was my family's first vacation in the area of Brigantine and we have traveled extensively. The arrangements, amenities and overall hospitality was above and beyond what we expected. The house is immaculate and it had everything we needed for our family and guests. We look forward to coming every year!

Perfection!!!!!

We stayed on the first floor of this exceptional duplex. The owners are the first people I have met that go the distance. We had arrived earilier than we expected- so we called the owners and she was more then happy to get us into our wonderful summertime retreat! My boyfriend has family on the island and we decided to bring some friends along and he was blown away on how nice the owners were and how wonderful the duplex was! you have your own washer and dryer! Steps from the beach, your own patio to relax and a grill to use for whatever you buy at all the great places for food!!! We will continue to come back to this lovely duplex!! So if you are looking for a beach feel vacation and a home that lets you relax with more than enough room than this is the place to rent!! Prices are great and the owners make you feel like you are in a 5 star resort!!! Thanks April and John!!!!!!

Love the beach here!!

This home is absolutely the best for me and my family (6 adults). We loved the deck out front, where we served drinks and enjoyed the afternoon shade after a day on the beach, which is only a short walk. In fact, we went back and forth from the house and the beach all day. The owner keeps the house well stocked from beach tags, nice linens (we loved the beachy feel of the house) to the gas grill and an electric grill when it rained. I also loved the outside shower, which kept all the sand outside. The location and accomodations were fantastic for such a reasonable weekly price. We've stayed in previous years and will continue returning the this home.

Fantastic Stay at a Fantastic Place

Outstanding customer service. Owner was only a phone call away when any question arose. Close walk to a secluded part of the beach. Property was very clean and well maintained. We are looking forward to returning next summer. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and have given owner's number to a few.
