Vacation in luxury at our home in Absecon while being centrally located near Atlantic City and Brigantine. Our rear deck overlooks a peaceful backyard including a saltwater in-ground pool, WHICH REMAINS OPEN THROUGH EARLY OCTOBER, outdoor CrossFit training equipment, basketball hoop and cedar gazebo. Inside features all new furniture and bedding with spa-like master bathroom. Our home is located in a very safe and quiet part of Absecon City with a fully fenced in backyard. Relax in the life of luxury at our home which we are now making available for rent in the summer. You will love the spaciousness of the home with top-of-the-line features in the kitchen including custom cabinets and granite countertops. Plenty of counter space to prepare a meal for 10! The backyard is the star of the show including the large in-ground saltwater pool awaiting your plunge. The pool is filled with ledges and shallow areas for all ages. The fire table in the back deck overlooks the pool and the BBQ grill is down near the pool. Sit outside and stay dry under our new cedar gazebo. Hear the raindrops and sit with your loved ones or pet and enjoy the sights and sounds. We provide all sheets, pillows, bath towels, pool towels, starter paper supplies, cooking supplies and spices, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and so much more. Our home is pet friendly and we will provide a dog bed, feeding bowls and treats should they accompany you. Pre-approval is needed but no additional fees are required. This is a large home with over 2,700 sq.ft. of living space including a finished basement with an enormous new sectional couch and 65" Smart TV. The basement also features a regulation ping pong table, electronic dart board and selfie station. The 2nd floor master bedroom is gorgeous with a king sized bed, 55" Smart TV and attached sitting room and a luxurious master bathroom with free-standing soaking tub and shower stall. Other 2nd floor bedrooms include the French Room with 2 queen beds, the Surfboard Room with queen bed and main floor bedroom/office with twin daybed and twin pull-out trundle bed. The backyard is the show stealer with fully gated Dolphin in-ground saltwater pool. Temps are set at 85" minimum. The shed holds all types of pool toys and air pumps. On the back deck is a large fire table with provided propane. The deck overlooks the pool and 4 lounge chairs, umbrella with stand, BBQ grill and cedar gazebo with table for six. Head to the other side of the fenced in property and into the wild west side of the backyard which is currently under light rehab. There you will find the monster CrossFit training equipment to challenge anyone for hours. (For me about 10 seconds!). You will also find Corn Hole and have access to our fiberglass basketball hoop and basketball. If you have a dog, this is the perfect place to run in wide open grassy space and a Doggy Clean-Up Station to make keeping clean as convenient as possible. We have a 220V EV charger available for your use. We are centrally located, just an 8 minute drive to Seaview Golf Course, 10 minute drive to the Atlantic City Boardwalk, Smithville Village and the Edwin Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge, 15 minutes to Brigantine and 20 minutes to Margate and Ocean City. There are many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance including Jersey Cow and Dairy Queen for ice cream and Shoprite supermarket is just a 3 minute drive.
AS THE BOOKING GUEST, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR FULL FIRST AND LAST NAME ON YOUR VRBO ACCOUNT OR THE RESERVATION WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED. ALL GUEST NAMES WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED UPON BOOKING AS THE TOWN OF ABSECON CITY IS SMALL AND PEACEFUL AND REQUIRES THIS INFO. WE WILL ALSO REQUIRE A SIGNED INSURANCE WAIVER FOR OUR POOL AND CROSSFIT EQUIPMENT.
