The lady at reception was wonderful. In fact, she was the highlight of the stay for us. She was friendly, welcoming and lovely to chat to. Carparking onsite was awesome, we could park directly in front of the room.
The living room was spacious but the furniture, particularly the centre of the 2-seat couch, kept sinking down below the base and we kept having to adjust the cushions and pulling them up so we could get comfortable.
The bedroom was small, as was the bed. More like a king single.bed than a double. My partner opted to try and sleep on the couch/fold out bed.....and woke up sore. The fold out bed sunk in the centre, had a hard bar underneath the top third of the bed and it made a terrible noise when he moved or turned.
There was no soap in any of the dispensers in the bathroom at all, luckily we had our own. When i showered, the bath/floor mat was completely wet and of no use.
The coffee sachets were so old the granules had melted together and become hard.....you had to tear the packets open and pull the chunk of coffee out.
There were other little things like the broken handle on the closet cupboard just dangling, the extremely slippery bathroom floor, really dangerous when wet, and only 1 large towel for each adult (consider that 2 adults showering at night and in the morning AND a pool onsite, so swimming as well) perhaps 4 towels would be better than having to hang/reuse our towels.
At $150 a nightextra towels, soap and actual coffee granules seems fair.
