Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. ”

”STAY AWAY! Shady business and disgusting conditions. This place is an absolute dump and a total scam. Upon arrival, they refused to honor my booking unless I paid a $300 CASH deposit. They wouldn't take a standard credit card hold, which is incredibly suspicious and feels like a total shakedown. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you're hit with a foul, stagnant smell that tells you everything you need to know about their hygiene standards. ”The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”
