Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. ”

”The owner of the property was very kind and let me enter and hour sooner than the checking time but unfortunately the room itself was in poor condition the furniture was very old and disappointing the shower had mold in it, there was no coffee or tea available and when people were walking or talking in other rooms you could here ot several times in the middle of the night I got scared and wome up because ai thought someone is in my room but was actually the voice coming from the near room. ”Good location easy access to other areas of Markham. Hotel was not that clean, we found crumbs and cookie stains on the mattress topper on the sofa bed once we rolled it out. We requested new mattress topper and it was awkward, the guy didn’t take the dirty one away until we insisted he take it. They always only provided 3 towels even when we booked for 4 people. We requested additional and it never came. Pool water seems dirty, it’s not clear. ”
