”I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.”

”We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely stay again. The bedroom was a good size, bed comfy and shower amazing.
The only issue we had was that dirty dishes/trays and glasses which had been outside other rooms had not been moved all the time we were there from 5pm up to 10.15am next morning. Perhaps an oversight but not nice to see in such a grand hotel.

”Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city. ”

”Large and comfortable hotel with very good location near Cabot circus shopping mall and Bristol coach station. The room was not one of those renovated shown at hotel website, but with a older style interior. Anyway very good and comfortable room with iron and ironing table and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite decent, but did not really match the hotel´s price level.”

”Would come here again. Really comfortable and spacious room. We stayed in deluxe. Definitely worth the upgrade. Cleaning staff forgot to fill up the toiletries which was a shame. But otherwise excellent”

"A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us!
If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! "
