Hotel staff tried to act professionally, but couple of times there was feeling of that they didn’t act as well as they could have done, or as you would expect in 5 stars hotel. Pool area is noisy and in addition to the noise generated by people and children, also hotel activity team is arranging every kind of competitions which dominate...
