”Really unique hotel in a great area”

”I had a cozy little room, just the right size for a single guest, and it had a cute balcony. The blinds on the window and on the balcony door looked nice, but didn't block much light, so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep. The glass doors to the walk-in shower were a bit sticky, but so what- I prefer that type of shower to one with a bathtub. The free coffee and muffins in the morning were a plus.”

”We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was good, the staffwere friendly & helpful. The hotel was located by the water. There are not many outside restaurants near the hotel.”

”It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!”

”Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

”This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. ”Excellent location to explore Philadelphia. Overall everything was great, I don't have any other complaints except it was on the pricey side for the value. Would happily stay again if it was 30% cheaper. But if you're happy with the price, it is as advertised, and I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself.”

”If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

”Vietimme hotellissa kaksi yötä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli nopea ja saimme huoneen hyvissä ajoin ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Huone oli siisti ja sänky todella mukava. Huonepalvelusta edellisiltana tilattu aamupala saapui ajallaan ja oli maittava. Hotellista on vaikea löytää mitään vikaa. Sääli ettei ympäristöstä voi sanoa samaa. Kadulla oli liikkeellä todella epämääräistä porukkaa emmekä halunneet lähteä hotellilta ulos enää pimeän tultua.”

”The room was musty and the shower grout was disgusting. The breakfast was not much and the staff working it were always grunting and groaning and slamming dishes. They should save their money on the wine and cheese hour because the wine was Barefoot and the cheese and fruit was leftover from the day before-the fruit was hot one day which was odd. Location was A+”
