”Really unique hotel in a great area”

”We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was good, the staffwere friendly & helpful. The hotel was located by the water. There are not many outside restaurants near the hotel.”

”I had a cozy little room, just the right size for a single guest, and it had a cute balcony. The blinds on the window and on the balcony door looked nice, but didn't block much light, so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep. The glass doors to the walk-in shower were a bit sticky, but so what- I prefer that type of shower to one with a bathtub. The free coffee and muffins in the morning were a plus.”

”Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

”It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!”

”This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. ”Excellent location to explore Philadelphia. Overall everything was great, I don't have any other complaints except it was on the pricey side for the value. Would happily stay again if it was 30% cheaper. But if you're happy with the price, it is as advertised, and I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself.”

”The room was musty and the shower grout was disgusting. The breakfast was not much and the staff working it were always grunting and groaning and slamming dishes. They should save their money on the wine and cheese hour because the wine was Barefoot and the cheese and fruit was leftover from the day before-the fruit was hot one day which was odd. ”The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. Proximity of the dining table made getting around it and the staircase very tight. Issues with the electronic lock several times which left us stranded in the hall twice. It says it’s a...

”The property is beautiful. We had a room facing the river and view was spectacular. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Kevin the bellman is friendly and with a great personality so eager to help . I give the property 5 Stars”

”The room was okay. The facility seemed rather old and heater area was dusty. Coffee that we had to pay on the first floor was awful. Parking is detached from the hotel, which is not convenient and not free. Staff didn’t explain well.”
