”I loooooove this hotel. So tranquil and beautifully designed for a small boutique hotel with apartment-like amenities (kitchen, etc). It’s tucked away on a quiet mostly residential street. The pool is just the size for a quick cool off at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is very tasty with an emphasis on Vietnamese classics. Folks at the front desk couldn’t be more delightful. ”

The beach in Da Nang was beautiful and the water clean, crystal clear and surprisingly warm. The breakfast at Lemongrass was great and provide a lot of variety. There is a lot of construction work and shops and restaurants in the area, so its not the place of you want something quiet. We enjoyed it and found it to be an exciting, bustling area. The room was comfortable, service superb, breakbuffet good. Pool is quite small, but on a nice roof terrace with great views. Highly recommended!”

The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers.
Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great!
