”Nice resort, excellent service. We stayed in the Grand Suite and very happy with it. The suite offered a great view of the beach, city, and Marble mountain. The beach is so beautiful. We loved everything here and will be back whenever we visit Da Nang.”

”From the entrance the gardens foyer surrounding hallways all beautiful then you get to your room and WOW huge clean stylish and very comfortable.
The staff were so eager to assust a lkways with a smile. Buffet breakfast was scrumptuous. If you cant go tp Hawaii then come to Olalani Danang its like Hawaii cane to you”
"We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost.
The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers.
Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great!
Location wise great - just at beach.
