”Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building.
Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

”A pretty oasis hidden behind the high street! Lovely, friendly staff throughout. Couldn't be more helpful. Nice, comfortable room although a little difficult to control temperature. Pillows could do with an upgrade!
Attractive room for breakfast and delicious but simple selection of food easy to navigate. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.”

”From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Reception were great, checkin was smooth, we parked in the hotel multi storey, the rooms were lovely and comfortable especially the bed. We had a delicious breakfast. Will definitely use again.”
