”Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!”

”26/27th/28th, Our weekend stay was for a wedding which was amazing!
I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile.
My slight dissapointment came the saturday morning of the wedding day for breakfast,...

”Staff were lovely, check in easy, key code for door was handy as we didn’t have to carry a key around and a great location. Unfortunately for us the room was not equipped to cope with the heat wave despite having a small fan in the room (heat couldn’t escape). Quite a few steps and distance to the room from reception as the way in and out - this may be an issue if you can’t carry your bags upstairs. Power points struggled to charge phones with our adaptors.
Overall a good stay.”
