”Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building.
Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

”Our room was like a bake house with no aircon. We had to open all the windows in the room and bathroom. When we got back to our room at around 12 midnight we could not get to sleep until around 2am due to the people in the adjoining room. If we had realised the room was adjoining we would not have stayed in that room.
All we heard was laughing and the tv way too high volume.
The sink in the bathroom was blocked so couldn’t drain. We will not be staying here again unfortunately.”
