”Several service issues - very inconsistent”

”We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us...

”The staff were very accommodating! The location was perfect. However, the apartment did not have basic kitchen items like dish soap, paper towels or spices, I had to DoorDash those items.”

Allas-alue katolla oli hyvä. Vierisen sisar hotellin kaikki palvelut kuuluivat tähän hotelliin rantatuoleineen ja pyyhkeineen. Palvelu siellä oli hyvää. Rantatuolit ja pyyhkeet laitettiin valmiiksi mihin halusit. Liikenteen ja vastapäisen sisar hotellin äänet kuului melko selkeästi huoneeseen. Joka aamu...

”Amazing place. Was super clean, and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Great location, close to kosher restaurants ”

”The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...

”For where the location is, I feel should be more upgraded. The bathroom were very disgusting. Everything was old not what I expected.”

”Great Communication, great customer service. 1 block away from beach, clean apartments. Not as modern as shown but very comfortable for your stay.”

”There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! ”

”The room and the hotel are very pleasant and well-maintained. My chief complaint was the service on the beach and around the pool was terrible. I was left having to get up and find staff.”
