”very nice property in a quite area. everything is in good condotion, the pool is nice (although very shallow), washing machine, nespresso coffee machine beach towels,,, the only thing is that although we made a reservation for 7 the apartment wasnt ready for 7 people, the sofa bed was dirty when we opened it and we didnt have bed sheets for the sofa bed. We tried to make contact with the after hors assistance (we arrived late) but there was no answer. We eneded up 3 (2 adults 1 child) sleeping...

Phyllis was amazing, he greeted me and explained perks I would receive while staying with them, let us know he was available for anything we need and was very personable. He left a lasting impression. The room itself was nice and clean and worked perfectly for the one night stay we had in Miami. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Ihan rip-off hotelli, aamiainen aivan onneton ja aamiaistilat täysin epäkäytännölliset ja epäsiistit. Helpolla olisi mahdollista panostaa kunnon tiloihin. Luulevat olevansa parempi hotelli kuin ovatkaan. Vesi maksoi huoneessa 10 dollaria, kaikesta piti maksaa ekstraa. Huoneesta puuttui jo valmiiksi jotain maksullisia kauneushoitotuotteita, joista infosin heti respaa muttei tuotteita koskaan täytetty. Jännätään tuleeko lasku perästä. Palvelu myös hieman ynseää tällaista tavallista tallaajaa...

”The hotel is well located in Sunny Isles, a pleasant neighbourhood especially for families. There is a handy valet parking available and multiple restaurants as well as grocery stores within walking distance. The Aventura Mall is just 15 mins drive away. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our top most floor room had spectacular views from the huge balcony and the room facilities were Hilton -quality, so nothing to complain about. The...

”Sisältä ihan siisti,sängyt ok ja keittiö. Lisäksi meidän kämpässä oli ylimääräinen asukas. Ei nähty, mutta ajoittain roskia oli kannettu keittiön nurkkaa. Ääni eristystä ei ole, jos sattuu naapureiksi yö elämästä pitäviä naapureita. Eli kaikki äänet kantautuu sisälle. Allas ok,kun vain siivottaisiin useammin kuin kerran viikossa. Alue muuten hyvä. Rannalle noin 1km kävely ja hyvä ranta. Kalliit kaupat kävelymatkan päässä, mutta autolla 10min hintataso jo ihan muuta.”
