”Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! ”

”Lovely little accommodation just off the main drag of La Fortuna. Quiet, clean, safe. Lovely staff. Parking was right outside the doors to our unit which made unloading/loading our luggage a breeze. Breakfast was very good...perhaps the best I had on our two week trip to Costa Rica. Kids complained that the pool was cold. I would stay again. ”

”The view of the Volcano and Mountain from our room. We were also able to see everything from the poolside of the resort. Room 504 is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were kind, room was cleaned daily with robes placed in the closet. The cleaning staff decorated the bed daily with a new design. It was cute. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. ”

”The room was fairly clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Not knowing Spanish some staff workers will translate Spanish to English on the phone app. Much of the staff spoke English though. Mr.Didre took extra care to make us feel comfortable. Thank You. ”

”The Springs Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and guest friendly. The three staff members we had the most contact with were exceptional, Esteban and Carlos, our golf cart drivers and Saul, our guide at the wildlife sanctuary.
