”Really beautiful and peaceful resort! The hotel has its own hot springs, and also an outside jacuzzi. The amenities of the room were great, for example the insect repellent cream was very useful. The resort area was well kept, and all kind of animals were walking around. Besides for families, this hotel was an excellent choice also for a solo traveller looking for tranquility.”

”Cleaning staff was great, the space is well thought out for the region and weather. The concierge helped me with navigating travel and booking activities. They set up various activity options and booked them all for me. Bauma staff, services and stay was wonderful. I would stay here again happily.”

”The staff were very friendly, great amenities with the thermal pools and shuttle. Able to walk to a great observatory of Arenal but would recommend taking a private car because the walk is steep and long. First day saw a sloth on the walking trail around the dining hall.”

We found our own hack and we figured out that when we open the sink water running there is suddenly hot water in the shower.
