”Really beautiful and peaceful resort! The hotel has its own hot springs, and also an outside jacuzzi. The amenities of the room were great, for example the insect repellent cream was very useful. The resort area was well kept, and all kind of animals were walking around. Besides for families, this hotel was an excellent choice also for a solo traveller looking for tranquility.”

”We loved this spot! Our room was ready a little early. Everything was great. We loved the outdoor tub. The king bed was comfy. This room did provide toilettes. They has a med kit, lady products and anything else you could need. I wish we could have stayed another night. ”

”Beautiful hotel. The hot springs were awesome! These were the only hot springs we visited in the area. I had two kids (13 and 16) and they loved all the pools and water slides. Yes, the water slides are fast but if you go down the correct way it's fine. I would recommend this place for families with kids. ”We stayed in one of the cute, little cabins. It was very clean and comfortable. It had terrific views of the volcano and great sunsets. The breakfast had a variety of food items to choose from and was quick so that we could start the days adventures. It was in a convenient location to drive to tours and La Fortuna town. ”

”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”
