”Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate.
There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours.

”No informayion about the property, amenities or how the heater/ac worked was provided. The hotel looked old and unmaintenance by a professional. It looked like an untrained contrator did repairs yo the room. Never staying there again.”
