”We have stayed at Craigendarroch several times before, always in one of the lodges. This time we chose a Junior Suite in the hotel.
Everything was even better than expected. Lovely accommodation, friendly staff and great facilities.

”The Braemar Youth hostel might be the most charming and lovely hostel I’ve stayed at. The location is peaceful and the facility itself is comfortable and cozy. This hostel has a great lounge, large kitchen with all the essential utensils, and the staff are so accommodating and pleasant. ”
”The property is located a 15-minute walk from the Pitlochry Station and is located on top of a hill. I would suggest taking a taxi if you have luggage.
The property itself is beautiful and clean. Our room was quiet even though it was located near to the pub.
We enjoyed walking the grounds as well. Lots of nice walking trails.

”What’s not to like!! The hosts, Jane and Calum, are friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with family. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We were within easy walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast menu gave options to please any palate. The porridge was creamy and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay!!”

Dinner was incredibly delicious in the hotel's dining room. Their chef is out of this world. Bar has every whisky known to man ... kidding of course, but they are well stocked and knowledgeable.
