Good option for a holiday in BKK
My second time staying at Mövenpick was lovely - service is great, location perfect (calm oasis in the midst of Sukhumvit) and breakfast very nice. However, hotel is starting to show wear&tear and I felt they were still partly catching up with the maintenance after COVID (limited staff around pool, gym..). If you get a good deal, I would recommend staying here. Otherwise, you can get similar rates in newer hotels in the same area.

Brilliant service, especially at the breakfast. Good big rooms and beds. Cebtral location -though not exactly at the pushest part of the Sukhumvit. The pool area was nice, but soon needs to be renovated. Sometines room cleaning was done quite late and superficially.

Uusivuosi Bangkokissa. Hotelli sijainti on erittäin hyvä ja palveluun kuuluu tuktuk kyyti Terminal 21 ostoskeskukseen mistä pääsee helposti liikkumaan muualle. Kunto on ok, mutta plajon kulumista löytyy. Sängyt olivat hyviä. Suosittelen ruokailemaan muualla.

Great location
Good stay at Mövenpick Sukhumvit. First time visiting BKK and hotel was in a great location for exploring sights and shopping. Beds&sheets are AMAZING (so comfortable at least in Deluxe room) and shower was great too. Breakfast was nice as well (would be nicer to get drinks served to the table). Terminal 21 shopping mall is very close by, but you can also take a free shuttle to it if you dont feel like walking. One negative is that pool area is quite small and people kept reserving pool chairs so during day time there were no space plus A/C didnt allow us to re-set the temparature so it was a bit too cold during the nights (we called to reception about this but nobody came to help despite few calls).

The staff at the Movenpick were so kind to us and helpful with all of our requests. We loved the pool, the chocolate hour, and the clean room. If I had one small issue it was that our key cards kept deactivating, making us need to ask for help with getting in the room several times - I'd suggest the hotel looks into getting this fixed. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay. Very grateful to the staff for their hard work and the great job they do.

Upon checking our room over we noticed that the shower was full of mold. 30 minutes later we were given another room which wasn’t much better. This is our 3rd stay with this property for a total of 8 nights during our recent trip to Thailand. It seems that the tower where you check in is much cleaner than the 2nd tower. I would consider this a 3-4 star due to the lack of cleanliness. Other than that the staff was great.

This property felt grubby. The hallways stunk of cigarette smoke even though its supposed to be non-smoking. The room was not clean. Hair in the bathtub. I found the staff unhelpful. The lobby is nice but that's about it. I wouldn't say this is a 5 star hotel. 3 at best. Book the Amari instead.

Location is a bit far to walk to Terminal 21. Hotel does provide transport to T21 if you can wait for the next available. I felt breakfast spread is catered more for guests from India and middle east. Cafe latte taste can be improved. Overall I am happy with the stay at this hotel.

5つ星ホテルなので一通りの設備とサービスは整っています。立地は多少不便ですが、リゾート感が気に入り選びました。ホテルからワンウェイのトゥクトゥクのシャトルがあります。 今回はエグゼクティブラウンジが利用できる部屋に泊まり、アーリーチェックイン可能だったので予約時に入力した時間に行きましたが、満室なので対応できないとのこと。それなら前もって連絡するべきだと思いました。また、カードキーがチェックアウト前日に突然使えなくなり、屋上プールから部屋に戻れなく大変困りました。寒い思いをして濡れたままフロントへ行き確認してもらうと、1日早いチェックアウトの設定になっていてキーが無効になっていたとのこと… スタッフは堅くなくフレンドリーです。 屋上プールやバーも雰囲気が良く、よかったです。

급하게 간 여행이라 방콕에 대한 정보가 아예 없어서 솔직히 잘 알아보지 못하고 예약했는데...뜻밖에 좋았어요 가격대비요.사람들도 친절하고 호텔도 깨끗 수영은 안했지만 수영장도 좋더라구요 아속까지 걸어서 10분인데 걸어다닐만 했어요 터미널21가서 밥도 먹구요~초코뷔페도 무료로 즐기구요

Ok hotel and location
Ok located hotel on soi 15 sukhumvit road. The breakfast is average and especially they need to improve their offerings as it was limited. Bread toaster not working properly hence you had to put the bread through 4 times before roasted properly. The rooms have no sights and no balcony either and internal walls and furniture need refurbishment. Overall an average hotel.
