Recently renovated and fully equipped 70m² apartment – Ideal for businesses and students.

Our modern 70m² apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers the convenience of optional parking (30€/day) within the same building. Perfect for short stays (from 1 day) and long stays (up to 11 months), designed to meet the needs of professionals, companies, students, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

Prime location:

Close to healthcare centers: The apartment is located near several prestigious clinics and hospitals, such as Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, and Hospital Vall d´Hebrón. We are your perfect ally for health and wellness tourism. Close to universities: The apartment is also well connected to renowned universities, such as ESADE, IESE, University of Barcelona, UPC, EAE Business School, among others, making it ideal for students (Erasmus, Master’s, PhD, Researchers). Apartment Features:

Living area: Fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, oven, fridge, and ceramic hob.
Services: Air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi.
Capacity for 4 people: The apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, with flexible options for larger groups if more apartments are rented in the same building.
Optional parking: Private parking within the building is available for 30€/day. Ideal for groups, businesses, and students: If you're looking for a long stay, our apartments are an excellent choice for businesses or groups of students. In the same building, we have 5 additional apartments with similar features, ideal for large groups needing privacy but preferring to be close to each other. If the group is larger, you can rent several apartments, with a total capacity of up to 24 people (subject to availability). Contact us for more details on prices and availability.
Important information before booking:

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking (we do not accept American Express cards).

The remaining 70% must be paid via bank transfer before entering the apartment or in cash at check-in.

A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in, and the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Travel crib (if available): 20€ per day. Must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Check-In and Check-Out:

Our check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, at our office Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona. If you arrive outside these hours, a 50€ fee will apply (cash only).

The applicable Tourist Tax will be charged as per Barcelona regulations. House Rules:

No smoking inside the apartment. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400€.

No parties or gatherings allowed. In case of a complaint or police intervention, a 400€ fine will be applied (in addition to any fines from the police). Additional Services:

Professional cleaning service: We guarantee that all our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each departure.

Breakfast in your apartment: We offer different breakfast and snack options delivered directly to your apartment for your convenience. Ask us about prices!

Other optional services: Extra cleaning, parking, crib, high chair, private transfers, 24-hour emergency service, breakfasts, and amazing discounts for tickets to major tourist attractions in Barcelona. Appartement bruyant

L’appartement est propre, peu équipé en cuisine, plus petit que sur l’impression que donnent les photos. Étrange, nous avons dû acheter du papier de toilette, car un seul rouleau est fourni, peu importe la durée du séjour. Douche qui éclabousse de partout; nous l’avons mentionné, sans aucun changement durant notre séjour. Aussi, l’appartement est situé assez loin des points d’intérêt et nous sommes de bons marcheurs. Finalement, notre principale déception réside dans le bruit. Nous avons eu 5 nuits de bruit sur 6. Nous aurions dû avertir les employés plus rapidement, car lorsque nous avons finalement décidé de nous plaindre, ils ont réagi très vite. Toutefois, après avoir réussi à calmer les personnes dans un des appartements bruyants, ceux de l’autre ont repris la fête deux heures plus tard…

Nice little apartment

The apartment is small but very comfortable it is located in a nice neighborhood plenty of parking nice park close by very nice for walking around the neighborhood. Not very close to altruistic areas in Barcelona but very accessible to public transport that can get you anywhere. Owners were really easy to get in touch and very friendly.

Nice cozy apartment

Not too clean, broken microwave, living room shade closes and about an hour later it retracts by itself. Property manager was helpful and friendly.

Missed Opportunity

I rented this apartment for a few days recently on my first trip to Barcelona. While it was nicely decorated, it wasn’t well maintained. The living room table was dusty. There was a gouge in the wall where the front door knob has obviously slammed into it repeatedly. We were very cold the first night, but it wasn’t till the next day that we realized the low temperature was due to the freezer being so full of ice that the door wouldn’t close! Which explained why the wooden cabinet next the the refrigerator was rotted. The place just needs to be better maintained. The management did respond when I told them about the freezer, but we were out for the day and missed their message. We rented a two bedroom but the smaller bedroom was VERY small. The complex has a pool. The apartment has a washer/dryer and microwave. The television offers multiple channels including some English language channels. The check-in process was long. If you want to pay by credit card, you’re charged a 3% commission fee. Not wanting to carry around hundreds of euros in cash, I chose the credit card option, but would have preferred to stay at a place that didn’t have this payment method. For people unfamiliar with the city, the location of the apartment is a bit far from the city center and the subway lines. A bus, the N13, will take you directly there, though. The neighborhood is nice and safe with lots of stores and restaurants. I think it would be nice if they provided renters more information about how to navigate the city. Overall, a missed opportunity to be a great place. I hope they can make improvements.

It is a nice, modern air-conditioned apartment in a very residential neighborhood. The apartment was great; however there was very little around the neighborhood- very few restaurants, cafes, shops..

Recent stay in Barcelona

The property was modern and clean. It was very well situated, with reasonable access to the metro. The apartment was comfortable. Nice balcony an d good internet. The only issues were related to traffic noise and some minor maintenance issues including, broken blind in small bedroom, freezer was frozen due to open door and burnt-out light bulb. The maintenance issues however, presented a minor inconvenience. The check-in process was a bit confusing due to the need to complete rental agreements and to make security and rental payments. Confusion was also presented due to the request for an additional service charge. Office staff was friendly.

Nice area, but had a few problems

We did enjoy our stay at the property, but we did have some problems with the apartment itself, and then also the staff. I do want to say that we LOVED the neighborhood, it is far away from all the main tourist things. But you can find so many amazing restaurants all within walking. And you can just take a taxi or the subway tot get to the city center. As far as problems: First, we had already bought the parking before we arrived, but they did not seem to have a record of it. I showed them my receipt and they remedied it quickly. But then when they gave us the clicker for the garage, and I asked how to use it, he said he didn’t know and to just push the buttons. So this started the day on a sour note. Then, the two twin beds. We walk in and only see one. And the description said two. So we go downstairs and ask about it and her are told it is under the one we see and we just have to roll it out. The problem is, there is no where to roll it to. Their is a night stand in the room and all three items will not fit in the room at the same time. So, one of us ended up sleeping on the couch because it would have been too much every night to go, move the night stand (and lamp), Put it somewhere, then pull out the bed and then in the morning put everything back in place. So, I would say if you have three people, it will work for you. But four, it’s pushijg it unless they are small children or not care about having any walking room in their room or one wants to sleep on the couch.
