The location itself is great and accessible to pretty much all of the major tourist spots while still being away from the crowds. The room was spacious and just as expected.
My only complaint was about one of the front desk staff members. There was a gentleman who always seemed bothered whenever we had a question, which made us feel quite uncomfortable during our stay. On the other hand, there was a lovely woman at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, one negative interaction can really impact the overall guest experience, and I do think his demeanor could easily sway people from returning.
We expected a welcome drink and he hadn’t given it to us, so the next day we had to tell the kind lady who made sure we got it.
Overall I give this place 7/10.
