- On the upper floor are the bedrooms, all spacious and bright, one of them with a large window overlooking the sea, ideal for relaxing.



- The house has a playroom, perfect for children, from which you can admire the majestic wooden beams that make up the house.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD



- This is a typical coastal town neighborhood, quiet, charming, and with emblematic buildings.



- Just a five-minute walk from the house is the seafront promenade, with its clear waters, traditional fishing boats, and beach bars where you can enjoy day and night.



- During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate their traditional festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, and more.



- Every Thursday of the week, there is a market selling clothing and fresh local produce in the same town.



- On Sunday mornings, another market with seasonal organic produce, called the Flower Market, takes place just a 15-minute walk from the house.



- Near the town is a large water park called "Isla Fantasía."

GETTING AROUND



- The Vilassar de Mar station is just a few minutes from the house. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 minutes) or to the Costa Brava. To get to the village from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants train line R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 35 minutes.



- By bus: every 30 minutes to Barcelona, ​​journey time about 40 minutes.



- The village can also be reached via the highway or the N-II highway that runs along the entire coast.



OTHER NOTEWORTHY



- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.



- Pets are welcome, but please respect the neighbors' rest, respect the interior of the house, and do their business outside the premises (including the patio).



- Please note that arrivals between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. incur an additional fee of €25. Arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight incur an additional fee of €50. In both cases, cash will be collected upon arrival. After midnight, check-ins will not be processed; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.



- Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €1 per night per person must be paid, due to regulations established by the Catalan government.



- At check-in, both adults and minors must provide identification using their ID, NIE (Foreigner Identification Number), PASSPORT, or FAMILY RECORD.
