”can you shut off the water from 9 to 11 which was a little bit inconvenient and the staff who checked us and wasn’t very welcoming but the lady who checked us out was super sweet”

That shows me that they are not always changing stuff. This lasts two times I have stayed with them my only complaint is that their beds aren't comfortable anymore.
