”Room was clean and bed comfortable, only the pillows were a bit worn. Guest laundry was marked in the elevator but I couldn’t find it were it was supposed to be. ”

”I travel with a service dog. They have a potty area out back but it is full of nutria. They always make me pay a pet fee despite it being illegal. Breakfast is very good! Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doors are LOUD when they close. Every room I have had is noisy. Laundry, elevator, ice machine, banging doors etc. but I stay here all the time for convenience and have become used to it. ”

”The man that runs this business is great. He remembers who I am each time I return to his motel. It makes me feel special. He's always very kind and friendly. He is always available to help me out with anything I need and to give advice about places nearby. My girlfriend and I have chosen this motel every time we go to Portland for the kind staff, comfortable beds and very low prices. Also it's near plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great place to stay! ”

”Nice staff, clean quiet rooms, good wi-fi, abundant towels. Fresh coffee available round the clock in the lobby. Between jet lag and the spring clock change I didn't get to try the breakfast. I also did not use any of the other amenities (fitness room/whirlpool/business center) so I can't speak to those. Great little restaurant (Elmer's) a literal 5 min walk from the hotel and there is a McDonald's, a 7-11 and a gas station mart even closer. Easy on and off the highway, but not in a "pretty...

”The room did not look clean and it rigged like cigarette smoke. The room was supposed to be smoking free and it was not. Also the noise from rooms next door is easily heard. The place needs renovation. ”

”We have stayed here a few times because it is relatively close to my in-laws. This time the room we had appeared very clean but the furnishings were showing quite a bit of ware. Staff friendly. We checked in late because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The first time we stayed we checked out the breakfast but not much to eat for us other than yoghurt. We have special dietary needs. ”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”
