”The window curtains were to short to block out the light from the porch light.”

”Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above.”

”The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price.”

”The room was good for the price and breakfast was fine but not huge. Overall was pleased considering how cheap it was. Hardest thing was you can only enter the parking lot from one direction so it can be tricky”

”A great stay when I prefer a Portland stay instead of a long drive to Southern Oregon.”

”I am sure the mattress was from my original apartment 40 years ago. No coffee, no chair to sit on, no wi-fi and the front desk had the audacity to tell me it was a delux room! There was NOTHING DELUX about that room. It was my fault to stay at a hotel that was literally 100 feet from a freeway. Worst hotel stay EVER!!”

”Too cold for pool Ask for a couple extra pillows, never got them. Breakfast restaurant was cold, not enough staff to serve, and not enough options on menu, so we left and went somewhere else.”

”The shower knob was hard to turn. The security bolt on the door did not work”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”Clean room very good, staff were friendly, breakfast was good but wish there were more different food. Parking was nice but dandelion white stuff flying everywhere and looks like snow. And we will come back next year 2027.”
