”Room was clean and bed comfortable, only the pillows were a bit worn. Guest laundry was marked in the elevator but I couldn’t find it were it was supposed to be. ”

”No pool. Expedia website for this location says ther is a POOL!!! SO disappointed. Couldn't cancel because it was a non refundable rate. If I knew there was no pool I would nit have canceled. Not ok.”

”Property was outdated and mainly housing people long term, from what it appears. The room felt dirty, never took off my shoes and slept on top of the covers. Won't be back.”

The reasons for the low rating.as follows: 1) There was an oily cleaning solvent on a spot on the floor that sent you scrambling when stepped on. 2) The tv didn't work. Maintenance said they wouldn't be able to fix it, we were moved to a different room which turned out to be occupied, and was sent back to the old room while they looked for another room. We were given a gift card to use at the resteraunt and offered 2 free bottles of water for...

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”Wonderful guesthouse in a cozy area of Portland. Really appreciated the gluten-free muffins and snacks available on site for family members with Celiac Disease.”
