”Premier Inn at LHR terminal 5 was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee in the room. Staff at the restaurant, coffee shop and bar were all friendly and helpful. We got to the airport via a bus. The stop was directly across the street and arrived every 20 min.”

”I booked the executive room, no air conditioning just a small desktop fan, only one bath towel and hand towel to share between two people, stains on carpets throughout the hotel, no water in the room, tiniest complimentary shower gel and shampoo. In general whole place needs updating, breakfast is very average, coffee and orange juice was just about drinkable, I wouldn’t stay again”

”We said in a snug was very clean it was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed for 1 night, we had cocktails and snacks at the bar which were very nice and dinner at the Thai restaurant which the food was delicious and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic will definitely stay again.”

”There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?”

”We stayed one night in a 4th floor room in the Hepburn annexe. The room was tidy but by no means immaculate, having a few marks of wear and tear here and there. It was also uncomfortably warm, not benefiting from any air conditioning although a desk fan was provided. ”The breakfast was excellent, there was a little confusion with finding parking outside of Wellington Lodge, parking was limited, it was hampered my another hotel resident and thier bad parking. My room in Wellington was comfortable no problems. Staff i met were welcoming and professional.”

Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated.
