”We had a wonderful stay at Element Hotel. Very clean, quiet, convenient location. We felt safe here and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room our family of 5 stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette. We would stay here again. ”

”Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

”I have always booked and paid for the day before I show up just in case I roll into the area before the 3 pm check in. This was no different from other times I’ve booked hotels. Except the manager told me that’s not how hotels work and for lack of better words, called me stupid for being a “no show” and not letting the hotel know I was showing up after the 3 pm check in on the 6th, so the receptionist said they sold my room that was already paid for when I booked through Expedia and the manager...

My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner.
