”It’s an old hotel but the room was some what updated overall great staff and the most important thing to me was how clean it was. Very clean, quiet and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely be staying here again.”

”The staff here were so incredibly kind and helpful, can't say enough good things about them. The location was perfect for where we needed to be, very convenient. They were actively painting the hallways, trying to stay on top of maintenance which is great! The room was incredibly small- which is fine and to be expected in NYC. The floors didn't feel clean in the room (sticky?) and the bathroom was poorly designed (shower gets water everywhere and is very difficult to turn on and off, sink faucet...

”The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. House keeping was efficient and kept my room perfect for when I got back to it. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises.”

”On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!”
