He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, including the best route from the airport (Heathrow), as well as recommendations for things to see in the city and places to eat. ”Arrived 5 pm on a dark rainy evening with my two young teenage boys to find none of the beds were made up when I questioned the agent City Relay they informed me there was a pest issue and relocated us to a far inferior property and stated their policy is not to refund their clients with the difference between the superior and inferior property. The property actually looks really nice unfortunately the agent running the place stank and I will make a point of not booking anything that they manage...
