”Lovely hotel, staff were fantastic and room was cleaned to an okay standard. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned, tea/coffee not replenished, no fresh towels, toilet rolls not replenished resulting in me having to call reception for more. That was the only downside to the stay”

”Everything was amazing, the food the room and the service. One very minor flaw. On our second and last morning I didn't fancy another of the pubs excellent full English breakfast so asked for porridges and a sausage bap. I was told that I was only allowed one item off the menu even though I feel the cost of my preference was less. The waiter offered to go and enquire if my request could be granted but I refused his offer saying I would go for the full breakfast which he said "was probably best"”

”Very welcoming, great room, lovely outdoor space and good service. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We ate dinner, breakfast and afternoon tea at he hotel and all were excellent. Thank you!”

”Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up”

”Very friendly staff and great location next to the water. You can walk from hotel to nearby villages or around the perimeter of the lake. The room was clean, well equipped and had a garden view and sofa.”
