”Staff (minimal as it is) was very polite and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice, quite industrial, practical. The noises of the city were quite aggravating -- waste bins banging against each other (by people or trucks) were annoying; the screaming motorcycles were way too much. Several cars were also very noisy but nothing close to the motorcycles. The walk to our "apartment" was excessive -- especially when you have to load your own cart and push it all to the room. We aren't likely...

”Classy decor, very modern, which is a bit at odds with the historic district vibe, but overall nice amenities. Larger bathroom and good counter space. Limited food/menu choices on site, but good for happy hour. Great central west side location for walking North to River Street or South to Forsythe Park and everywhere in between. ”

”Room was good - standard for newly built designs. Our body wash container was empty and after we told the front desk prior to departure for the day, it was not refilled, which was a big let down. The bar looked to have plenty of choices, but they were not "open" in the sense that only one person manned the kitchen and/or bar and/or the restaurant. No people were using the bar at all besides our group and breakfast the next morning was somewhat disappointing for me (shrimp and grits) but my...

”Don’t stay in any of the rooms with 11… we were given 411 and I could touch the elevator with a broomstick. Luckily the front desk changed it for us. Otherwise great stay. Drinks from the bar were good. Not too far of a walk from the best spots in downtown. Would stay here again. ”
