Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. Understand the hotel is only three months...

”I had a nice stay.Staff was friendly and helpful and the coffee + doughnuts + popcorn in the lobby was a great addition!Like some reviews have said it already,it is an older building,cute but definitely needs deep clean.My room had stains in the wall,layer of dust on the lamps and did have to ask the staff come over with bugspray since there were ants around the sink.And for a light sleeper like me,the traffic noises did wake me up during the night.”

”Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. ”

”This was our first time in a bed and breakfast. The staff was delightful. Property was clean. Location is perfect for shopping and walking in the historic district. I’m giving it 5 stars for what it is-but it’s not a five star hotel. It’s an old house! The food was better than what I would cook but if you love breakfast I hear there are some gourmet breakfast places in Savannah. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend for an affordable bed and breakfast. ”

”When booking I wanted a true Savannah feel and this is exactly what I was hoping for! Two houses combined together and the room we had was grand, clean, well decorated. Felt like a piece of history. Check in and out were easy. The neighborhood is so cute and we walked to the river while enjoying the streets of Savannah. Highly recommend!”

”We stayed here 3 nights on our first girls trip. Loved the service and all the staff at this hotel. They were very helpful with where to eat and what tours were the best since we were here for a short period. Rooms were beautiful and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and if I return to Savanna I would definitely stay here again.”
