”The place was great but we just happened to go during a historical heat wave and there was no AC ! The staff were super helpful and gave us a Dyson fan but the heat was unbearable at times . The place is nice and very close to all attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable . We would have eaten there but instead looked for dining places that had AC so we could cool off !”

”Absolutely lovely stay as a solo traveller. Has all the charm and feel of Bath I was so surprised when I turned the corner and saw the street of gorgeous Georgian townhomes I would be staying on. Location was perfect - walkable to everything and super convenient to be able to come back before dinner and not lose any time. My room had a stunning view of the town on the top floor.”

”Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! ”

”This was a quaint walkup near the centre of bath that was convenient for walking. Parking was exceptionally tight and hard to find, but once there, it worked. The apartment was older with bedrooms up another floor and only an on suite on the top floor. This could be a consideration depending on who you are travelling with. Manager was friendly, provided lots of information and advice and stocked the pantry with basics for our first morning - much appreciated. No AC - which was ok with fans when...

”Great stay just after Christmas. Check-in times are limited, but it was very easy to get in following the instructions. Room and the whole hotel was really nicely furnished and decorated with good taste. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good with different varieties to order. Peaceful location with about 10 min walk to the city center. Can highly recommend this hotel.”

”Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it.”

”I loved this hotel for the beauty of my room, the proximity to every thing and the staff was super nice … the only downside was it was hot in the room and the a/c was a gently whisper that didn’t cool the 80* heat. Otherwise, A+”

”A very beautiful and unique hotel in a spectacular area just away from the tourist drag of Bath city center. The hotel has alot of character and period decor. Its an old hotel, so the heating was nit on, understandibly so as it was May. The plumbing is also not updated, so there is a hot tap and a cold tap at the sink. The facilities are adequate for a shorter stay. The hotel is being upgraded, so there was alot of noise above us for our 2 night stay. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

”Stayed for 3 nights, had 2 rooms both were excellent, very comfortable beds, slept very well, air conditioning great, bathrooms clean and walls between rooms not paper thin. Breakfast was lovely, very flexible, could choose that morning whether you wanted it or not. Staff excellent, always there when needed but not intrusive and hotel parking was a plus, all in all, excellent, would highly recommend.”
