Hotel is beautiful and everything is super chic.. loved our stay, staff very helpful and the areas to chill, drink, eat and relax are good. Swam in pool and lake, also arrived to a beautiful plate of chocolates for our wedding anniversary, lovely treat.. will be back for a girls retreat next time ...

Booked 2 rooms, neither of them had hot water so couldn't have a shower in the morning. When i brought this up to reception in the morning, they acted shocked and surprised.
