”I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend”

”The living areas were clean, comfortable and just nice. Had an issue with AC but that was handled promptly. Staff very courteous and efficent.Pool area clean and accommodating. You could walk to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area..”

”Rooms are outdated and look nothing like the pictures. The flooring is old tile, that bathrooms are old and outdated. Cracks in the tubs, no conditioner was refilled. Loud knocking noise early in the morning. Ice maker didn’t work. Be aware, there is no elevators. Our room was on the third floor. Found multiple nat bugs in the rooms.”

”This is by far the best hotel that accommodates your entire family all at once! Your kids have a selection of things to do: arcade, water park, outdoor activities, fireworks, parents have a selection to shop, eat, relax, or just sit back in the beautiful room and enjoy the room or cottage! There is a very nice dog park that you are able to take your pup pup to! Live bands, and this list goes on! I love it here!”

”Was very clean, very friendly, food was amazing… better than the parks ! We ate at the cabana pool restaurant and the Italian restaurant in the swan side. Both were great. The transport to and from the parks was smooth and efficient coming every 10-15 mins. Thx”

”There were no closets for it to be named a Villa studio. No utensils. There was a door in the bathroom by the toilet so super awkward to get to the shower. The TV would turn off on its on while watching it. Floors were not mopped. I had to were slippers the entire time. I heard every noise from the street even though we were on the fifth floor. Our clothes lived out of the suitcases due to no hanging storage available. No comforter in the beds. Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like?...

”We had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel smelled fresh throughout. I only wish the bathroom had been a little bigger. We loved that the hotel had a Dunkin’, an indoor bar, a pool bar, and a resort-style pool. It was also great having Chuck E. Cheese, late-night pizza, tacos, and burgers on-site. The karaoke nights were so much fun, and overall the hotel had a great atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again!”
