”We stayed here for 8 nights, and bedsheets were never changed. In addition, in one night a cockroach visited in our room.
Breakfast was pretty poor, because the choice is limited. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the theme parks, but the return times were really bad. We had to twice take a taxi to the hotel, because the transport options were either 5:30 pm or at 21pm (and the shuttle took back only at Epcot, so if you are for example at Hollywood studios, you have to take a another...
”The place is everything I need. The environment and facilities were perfect. The workers here are so freiendly and alwasy willing to solve our problem. We stayed there for 42 days. It was our temporary lovely home. ”
”Took my wife and kids here to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had an amazing time!! The customer service and the way the staff are so friendly and welcoming is exceptional. The hotel is very chic and has very luxe appeal. The decor and the rooms are superb! We had dinner at their Salt and cellar restaurant which was excellent and we did their amazing Sunday brunch Tea experience which the girls absolutely loved! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa and relaxation room! All and all 10/10...

Quarto grande, limpo, sem carpete na maior parte do quarto (tem apenas na entrada do quarto), cama grande e confortável, além de microondas, frigobar (pequeno), ferro de passar, ar-condicionado ótimo. Área bem silenciosa.
Banheiro com banheira, chuveiro com água quente, espaço com cortina (pode molhar, mas dá para adaptar e dá certo), ótimo também.
Bem localizado, perto de Wallmart, CVS, muitos...

”Property had a fabulously clean smell ; staff were extremely nice and dressed very professionally; loved the fact that there was a security car in the parking lot every time we returned. Only downside is that it seems that a parking fee will be added to the stay for future reservations- I personally just prefer a straight price with no add "ons" and that is what I search for when looking for a place to stay.”

”Loved the 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo for sharing with family. Only downfall resort is not walkable to pools really if staying in East or West villlage and shuttles dont seem to be very often. Cant fault the facilities, plenty to do on the resort. ”
