”The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. ”The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars.”

”I have stayed at No. 10 several times in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I visit Preston. I have stayed in a few of the different suites and they are all great, but I especially like the Tiffany room because it is a high floor and very quiet and just has a lovely cosy feel to it. Always very clean. Location works really well for me with exceptionally easy access to Preston Train Station, Fishergate for shopping and buses etc. Check in easy and communication always fantastic.
